The Subscription Agreement

By registering for or subscribing to this newsletter you agree to the following conditions:

The information contained on the www.policetrainingonline.com web site and the newsletter “The Leaders Edge” and its aliases, if any, is the property of Police Training Online, Inc.

As a subscriber, you are entitled to read all parts of “The Leaders Edge” at www.policetrainingonline.com or electronic emailed versions (or other approved Police Training Online, Inc. sites, or on approved CDs) for which you have been authorized. The Leaders Edge is a printed newsletter and an electronically emailed newsletter.

You may keep an electronic and/or print copy of such pages as you wish, in unaltered form, for your own use, including PDF files or emails, which may be provided as part of your subscription, except as noted in the Cancellation Policy below.

You may also make copies of, and freely distribute, any publicly available products, provided you do not modify these files.

Other than this, you may not, under any circumstances, reproduce or retransmit the information contained in “The Leaders Edge” or www.policetrainingonline.com.

Subscribers will also be granted access to private newsgroups  and chat rooms on the www.policetrainingonline.com server. You may not provide the ID and password to the news server to anyone else, or distribute or otherwise make public messages from the news server (other than your own messages) without the permission of Police Training Online, Inc.

Expiry and Cancellation Policy

When your subscription expires, you retain access to articles posted up until the date of your subscription expiry, except as noted below.

If you receive a full refund on a subscription, your access will be terminated and you may not retain any copies of information you received from Police Training Online, Inc.

If you cancel a monthly subscription, or if the monthly charge to your credit card or other account is declined and no alternate payment is forthcoming within 30 days, your subscriber access will be terminated. If the term of the monthly subscription at its end is more than six months, you will retain access to all articles and newsletters published up until the date of your subscription termination/cancellation.

Violation of Agreement

If you are found to have violated this agreement, you agree to the termination of your subscription and/or free access immediately and WITHOUT refund, and agree to dispose of all copies of the information you have obtained from “The Leaders Edge” and www.policetrainingonline.com.
